Students of the University of Lagos, UNILAG, Akoka, on Monday, shut the
university’s two exit gates, to protest what they described as the invasion of
bedbugs and mosquitoes in their hostels.
Vanguard gathered that the protest by the irate students which began as
early as 7am, led to a hectic traffic snarl within and around the university
community.
