Barcelona have impressed hugely in recent weeks and will fancy their chances against the Gunners.
Chelsea will face PSG, the side who knocked them out ofthe competition last season.
Chelsea have been poor in the Premier League this term but cruised into the knockout stages of the Champions League.
Jose Mourinho has real pedigree in this competition and will fancy his chances up against any side on the continent.
First legs are scheduled to take place on 16/17 and 23/24 February. Return legs take place on 8/9 and 15/16 March.
