Ladoke Akintola University of Technology 2015/2016 Admission into Part-time Degree Programme

Applications are hereby invitef from qualified candidates into the Bachelor's Degree Programmes in the Directorate of Part- Time Programmes of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso for the 2015/2016 Academic Session. 

BACHELOR'S DEGREE PROGRAMMES 

A. FIVE (5) YEAR DURATION 

(v) B. Sc. Nursing 

BACHELOR OF NURSING SCIENCE (BNSc) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FORA (v) 

Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB at not more than two sittings and the Subjects must include English Language, 
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Blology. In addition, the candidate should possess the following: 

Registered Nurse Certificate (RN) plus RPN or any other additional diploma Certificate registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. 

NOTE: Applicants are to have at least 5 years post-registration experience. 

 METHOD OF APPLICATION: 

(a) .. Application forms will be available on-line. 

(b) Applicants are expected to register on the University website; www.lautech.edu.ng by completing and submitting the on-line application form 
and their e-mail address, on the payment of a non-refundable fee ofTen thousand Naira (N10.000:00) only. 

(e) In completing the on-line application form. candidates are required to upload their scanned passport photograph with white background showing ears. no cap and 
no glasses. The scanned passport photograph must be in JPEG (i.e) and must not be more than 20kb. On submission of the application form, candidates are to print out Referee Form and an acknowledgement page which will give them access to venue ofthe Entrance Examination. 

NOTE: All academic programmes advertised are run on Part-Time basis In LAUTECH Main Campus, Ogbomoso and at the University's 
College of Health Sciences (Mercy Lead), Osogbo, i.e. on weekends only (Fridays, Saturdays and sometimes on Sunday) except BNSc Nursing that is run on daily basis for a specific period. 

All applications must be completed and submitted online within six weeks from the date ofthis advertisement.
